For when you feel confident and ready to level up. Expect dynamic sequences, smooth transitions, and a serious burn - all while staying grounded in technique. Please be sure to try a Foundations class before booking Dynamic.

Intro 4- Week Course

Our 4-week intro course is for those completely new to reformer to commit to 1 class per week for 4 consecutive weeks, starting from the basics and progressing over the course of time. Our first course is running July 31st, Aug 7th, Aug 14th, Aug 21st, at 9:30am. Please only book if you can commit to all 4 classes!

Please note if you are brand new to reformer but these dates don’t work for you - any Foundations class will suit perfectly <3
